Chilli Cheese Dip

Toss 100 gm of cubed cottage cheese, 100 gm mascarpone (cream cheese will work fine too), 3-4 tbsps of Liplik Green Chilli Sauce into a blender and whip away! Once smooth, add salt to taste and 1 tbsps of chopped chives for an exclusive dip for potato chips and crudités.
